Our Story

Jeanine Henderson Arnett founded Prolific Visions, LLC in 2014 and since its inception, she has led our efforts assisting businesses to achieve prolific results through strategic development and growth. 

A seasoned corporate executive, former federal lobbyist, Chief of Staff, and senior government relations & public affairs professional, Jeanine brings more than two decades of experience in program and organizational management to bear in all PVLLC undertakings.  Her diverse career includes significant roles in the nonprofit sector, government and private industry. Her extensive experience is backed by her educational background as she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & African American Studies from the Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs at Syracuse University, and dual Master of Arts Degrees in Political Management & Legislative Affairs from the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University. She also earned a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business. 

Jeanine's passion for servant leadership is deeply rooted in her faith and enriched by her personal experiences with the justice-involved community. She is committed to empowering others, particularly women, to overcome adversity and thrive in all aspects of life.
